Booking Now!
• Online Bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance. If a date/time is unavailable please select the join waitlist button below the online booking calendar. Select the one location, and then enter your info and what days/times do and do not work for you. I will reach out as soon as something comes available. (Please respond promptly so I can book it or move down the list)
• Currently appointments can only be scheduled out 60 days in advance via online booking. If you would like to set up recurring appointments beyond that please contact me directly and I can book more out for you. You do initially have to book online before I can schedule further. By booking online you acknowledge the no show/cancellation fees and agree to them when booking.
• Occasionally your appointment request may be tweaked by 15-30 minutes on my end depending on what is already booked and duration of the service requested should it be needed to accommodate the service requests and avoid schedule conflicts.
• Please ensure when booking one of these times that you are flexible either way by 30 minutes. Please check your confirmation email and confirm the time when the appointment is approved in case I've made adjustments. Thank you for your flexibility.
I am often back to back with clients and not always able to answer a call or text to provide directions. Please take note of the directions at the bottom of this website when booking so you are familiar. They can also be found via a confirmation text or email.
Additionally, I am the only service provider at Olivine, I do not have any employees or independent contractors. Therefore services booked together with someone will be scheduled back to back so please account for the extra time. If you are trying to book appointments for multiple people please send me a message, I can occasionally wiggle things around to accommodate. I have space for you and ONE guest.

To ensure a safe and peaceful spa environment for you and other clients, no children please. In the event that you bring your child you will be rescheduled and a 75% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. (I am a mama of 4 children so I understand the struggle, but I do not have the space to accommodate children, and my schedule isn’t flexible enough to accommodate the unforeseen distractions that come with little ones.)

Clients are asked to remain in your car if you arrive early as I do not have a waiting area.
Sometimes I can accommodate you 5-10 minutes earlier but I will text you to let you know.
Please do not come in 10-15 minutes early without a text from me as I may still be finishing up a service or rescheduling. This also can impact my sanitation procedures.

If you show up right on time please just come on in, no text necessary. I will do my best to let you know if I'm running behind beforehand. If I happen to still have someone in my suite you are welcome to sit at either of the little coffee tables outside and enjoy the beautiful yard which is starting to perk up with this glorious sunshine.
