Providing relaxation and the best possible service during your visit is our highest priority. Time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you! I respect your time and ask the same of you.
I love each and every one of my clients and want you to have the BEST experience possible when you’re visiting the studio. To ensure the health, safety & comfort of every guest, I am providing our Safety Policies.
NO CELL PHONES – Please turn OFF or silence your phones during lash lift and waxing services. This minimizes potential HAZARDS and distractions when we are performing crucial eye services involving hot wax, chemicals and tweezers. These services require me to maintain focus and precision. If your phone needs charging while you are receiving services, I do offer a QUIET charging station – please just ask.
Child Safety Policy:
We know your children are great little people, and bring so much joy to others. For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our policies regarding having your children in the studio.
• Children 10 yrs old and older are allowed in the Studio ONLY when the child is receiving a service with guardian supervision. (Kids Mini Mani and Pedi services, ages 6-12).
• Due to Insurance legalities, we cannot have children on the premises unless they are scheduled for a service (or a young baby in your arms during a pedicure). Lap babies 6 months and younger are allowed for pedicures only. Therefore, if your child is not receiving services, we respectfully ask that you make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Seating is very limited.
If you arrive with children you may be asked to reschedule and may be charged a cancellation fee.
• Olivine Natural Salon & Spa does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the office and retail area during your visit.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
• Clients are expected to provide a full 48 hours notice when rescheduling their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Deposits paid may be carried forward with ONE reschedule. A second reschedule of the same appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment "no show" or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for the full (75%) cost of the service.
Late Arrival/No Show Policy:
• Please call/text if you are running late.
• Arriving up to 10 minutes late may cut into your service time or require rescheduling depending on the service(s), as some services cannot be cut short and would need rescheduled with a fee.
10 minutes+ late is considered a “No Show” and the service will be cancelled and 75% of service fee(s) charged due to loss of time and inability to fill that appointment time. I am unable to accommodate you beyond this time due to being fully booked. Repeatedly late arrivals will not be accommodated due to lack of schedule flexibility and out of respect for my next clients.
Appointment Confirmations & Reminders:
As a courtesy you will receive an email and/or text confirmation at the time of booking and an email and/or text reminder 24-48 hours before your appointment. If you prefer one form of communication over the other please let me know.
I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
• When you cancel on short notice, it prevents another client who needs treatment from coming in during that time spot. If you must cancel, be sure to give 48 hours notice or you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the service and if you are a new client the deposit will be forfeit.
Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness. If you are sick, please stay home. If you arrive sick to your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged for the service(s) missed that day.
Prices Policy:
I am constantly expanding my services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although I make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are given for services due to service time and products used. In the event that you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 24 hours. I stand behind my work and will do my best to make adjustments to rectify the situation.
• Gift Cards or Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, they have no cash value and can only be used towards services.
Monetary Policy:
• Olivine accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Olivine Natural Salon & Spa gift cards, bank debit cards, cash and personal checks.
• A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
• Olivine Natural Salon & Spa gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.
• Donation certificates are non-transferable.
Gratuity Policy:
Prices do not include gratuities. Gratuity is not expected but is deeply appreciated it and lets me know that you have enjoyed your service(s).
