I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you're running late, call or text me at 509.270.1977. Arriving 10 minutes late means your service will be shortened to fit the remaining time. In most instances, arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment and you forfeit the booking. In both cases, you will be charged the full service price.

Please understand that I maintain a waitlist and may be able to offer your appointment time to another client if you're unable to arrive on time. I also deeply value the time reserved for each client, so I cannot run behind or extend your service into the appointment following yours due to a late arrival.

To cancel or reschedule, give at least 48 hours' notice. NO SHOWS, cancellations, or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full service fee to your saved card. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
